Abstract: The main function of bridge is to convey the 2-layer boards produced by the single-face corrugator, making them cool down and compounded by glue. Thus, we should not accumulate too many semi-finished products to prevent the failure of timely cooling caused by the extrusion on the flutes.
To avoid board warping and broken seam , we should follow these instructions below in actual production:
The single facer should synchronize with the double facer in terms of operating rate.
We should install the double oblique roller device, making the 2-layer board at the core, and by the suction of the bridge, the double oblique roller device should quickly align with both sides.
We should install ceiling fan or strong exhaust fan to speed up heat radiation of the flute.
We should adjust the suction volume according to the width and the hardness of the materials to avoid excessively great or little tension.
The control over the bridge is not only to prevent torn paper but also influences the accuracy of the replacement of paper by the wet section and the automatic compensation due to manually torn paper. The reason is quite simple. On the whole corrugator line, except the wave-shaped accumulation of paper on the bridge, which can not be easily estimated, from the base paper bracket to climbing belt, as well as the distance between the paper guide device for bridge and the cross-cutter, there are always value specified. What needs to be calculated is the actual accumulation of paper on the bridge and how to automatically compensate for the manually torn paper.
