2.Reduce the waste paper rate: Ordinary corrugating rolls are excessively worn in the middle and become concave, which will easily produce waste paper when producing wide cardboard. Because the two ends will be crushed or the middle will not be glued (degumming and bubbling), at this time we have to grind the two ends of the roll in order to run wide cardboard and maintain the life of the roll. Tungsten carbide corrugating rolls will not have the concave phenomenon in long-term use.
3.Increase service life: Tungsten carbide rolls are generally 3-6 times more durable than ordinary rolls.
4.Reduce damage to other units: such as single facer, glue roll, pressure roll, etc. Because the concave center of ordinary corrugating rolls is destructive to the adjustment and use of other components, it is easy to increase the number of replacements of other equipment or spare parts.
5.Improve the quality of paperboard: The height of the flute of the tungsten carbide corrugating roll remains almost unchanged throughout its service life. The wear of the flute height is the main reason for poor paperboard quality and the replacement of corrugating rolls.
