Reason Analysis And Solutions For Glue Opening Of Inner Paper And Facial Paper For Corrugator Board

1. Glue open in the inner paper
Reason Analysis:
(1) The quality of the glue does not meet the production requirements or spoilage;
(2) The amount of glue is too small;
(3) Insufficient heat from corrugating roller and pressure roller
(4) Insufficient pressure of the pressure roller
(5) The medium and high wear of corrugating roller and pressure roller

Solution:
(1) Replace the qualified glue
(2) coating a large amount of glue to the right amount
(3) Increase the temperature of pressure roller and corrugating roller to ensure that the temperature is above 180 °C.
(4) Adjust the pressure roller’s pressure appropriately, to make inner paper and corrugated paper to be well bonded, and the inner paper is not exposed is better.
(5) Fine grinding or replacing new pressure roller and corrugating roller

2. Facial paper glue opening

Cause Analysis:
a. The amount of glue is too small, the speed of the dryer is too slow
b. The glue is thin, and the rubberized roller is insufficiently glued.
c. The temperature of the heat plate of the dryer is insufficient, and the glue is not fully gelatinized.
d. The speed of the dryer is too fast, and the drying is insufficient.
e. The dryer and the ballast roller above the conveyor belt did not completely fall

Solution：
a. Appropriately increase the amount of glue applied, and increase the speed of the vehicle as appropriate
b. Change the glue or add an appropriate amount of emulsifier to the original glue
c. Increase the temperature of the dryer hot plate to above 180 °C
d. Reduce the machine running speed
e. Drop ballast floating roller
